Taylor Knox portrait outtake

Today I shot a portrait of Taylor Knox for an upcoming article in Surfer Magazine...We met up early, went surfing, and than came back to my house where my good friend and amazing photographer Grey Lockwood had setup a studio in the house.  This is just an outtake from the shoot.  A light test at best, but thought it came out pretty cool.  I owe a big thank you to Taylor for his time and Grey for being an awesome assistant!  You can check out some of his work here:

Woke up yesterday to see Kelly on the cover of the Business section of the Union Tribune with a photo I shot of him from Fiji earlier this year..No photo credit was given..Thanks UT.

Ryan Burch Volcom ad

Mikey G and the creative team at Volcom came up with this new ad of Ryan Burch using a photo we shot together this winter..I think it's pretty rad that a company like Volcom would use Ryan as there backpage ad riding a longboard!!  Ryan is one of the funnest guys to share the water with and hopefully the ad shows a little bit of that!
